This kit provides a high-performance material feeding system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. The adjustable thumbscrew allows you to fine-tune the force acting on the filament.

Note: This block has a 7.80 mm hole through the cold block for the factory default heat break.

Details
The housing parts are professionally SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength and precision.
This extruder upgrade kit will replace the original Filament feeders and cold block.
The original motors are re-used and the PTFE feed tube is held securely in place with an industrial 6mm push-fit connector for reliability.

The guide Bondtech provides to install this Upgrade Kit, is based on the Makerbot Replicator 2X.

There is a critical difference between the installation on the Makerbot and on the Flashforge.

The difference is the way the hotends are clamped and the height is set. On the Makerbot the hotend set screws are on the sides of the cold block. On the Flashforge, due to the positioning of the heat sink and fans, the set screws are on the back. Users need to adjust the hotend height and fix the hotends before installing the stepper motors. Steps 30 and 31 must be performed between steps 26 and 27.

To grip the hotend and adjust its height, the Flashforge Creator Pro 2016 kit includes 2 set screws. The set screws are accessible from the stepper motors side (back side).
