1.75mm Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ Filament Sticks

50 sticks of Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ 1.75mm filament arrives in an easy-open tube.

Please Note: Not recommend for Bowden drives. For Bowden drive printers, use the DynaPurge Coil.

Use Between Materials and Colors: Designed to purge all resins used in 3D printing. It is easy to use for color changes, material changes and for preventive machine maintenance.
Safe to Use: Non-chemical, non-abrasive thermoplastic purging compound that is safe for both operator and machine.
Commercial-Grade: It softens but never melts, allowing the expulsion of carbonized and degraded filament. It is the standard for non-chemical, non-abrasive purge materials for the plastic industry.

To use:

1. Set your extruder temperature: Your extruder temperature should be set to the highest recommended temperature of the filament that you are purging out of your hotend (this is the filament that is currently in the extruder). So if you are purging PLA with a temperature range of 190-210c, set the extruder temperature to 210c. Once your extruder has reached the proper temperature, move to step 2.
2. Purge: Insert the Dyna Purge into your extruder and using your printer's controls, extrude until you see just DynaPurge coming out of your nozzle. Once you only DynePurge is coming out, stop extruding and wait for about 30 seconds. Then extrude some more - you will probably see a little more of the old filament color come out. Repeat this process until no more of the old filament color comes out of the nozzle.
3. Load your new filament: Set your extruder to the proper temperature and insert and manually extrude your new filament until you see it coming out of the nozzle. Now you are ready to print with your new filament.
