Magigoo Pro PP 3D Printing Adhesive

Magigoo Pro PP is designed to work with Polypropylene filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it cools and the glue residue should also be easily cleaned off if the included procedure is followed. Magigoo PP works with other polyolefin based materials such as DOW OBC. Magigoo PP is a water-based adhesive intended to be as safe to use as possible.

 WARNING  Do not squeeze the bottle to avoid applicator popping off.

Application:
Shake the bottle.
Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib on the bed (activating the inner valve) and spreading as needed.
Print according to the filament/printer manufacturers recommendations.

Print Removal:
The part should self-release or become easier to remove on cooling, in most cases the part can be directly lifted off from the
plate.
If the part cannot be easily removed by hand, a part removal tool can be used to gently lift the part off the build-plate.
When using a brim, it is advisable to first peel off the brim around the part and then attempt to remove the print.

Cleaning:
Magigoo PRO PP benefits from a few minutes soak before the adhesive layer is wiped off.
It is recommended to place a damp cloth over the Magigoo PP/PPGF application after which the adhesive layer will turn white and can be then easily wiped off with a cloth.
