This premium silicone sock can handle printing temps of up to 300c. Designed specifically for the Slice Engineering Mosquito and Mosquito Magnum hotends.
The primary purpose of a silicone sock is to help keep your hotend at a more consistent temperature, reducing the amount of times your heater needs to cycle. As an added benefit, the silicone sock will keep filament from sticking to your heater block, however filament can still stick to the tip of the nozzle where the sock does not cover.
